Der Puig Bremsenkühler für die Kawasaki ZX-10RR Ninja Performance (2017–2018) löst dieses Problem direkt an der Quelle: Ein konzentrierter Kühlluftstrom wird auf Beläge und Bremsscheibe gelenkt und senkt die Bremstemperatur im Rennstreckentest nachweislich um durchschnittlich zehn Grad. Das Ergebnis ist ein konstantes, fadingfreies Bremsgefühl von der ersten bis zur letzten Runde – bei einer Montage, die so intuitiv ist, dass keine mechanischen Vorkenntnisse erforderlich sind.

Entwickelt für Hochleistungsfahrer
Puig hat diesen Bremsenkühler mit Blick auf die Anforderungen des Rennstreckeneinsatzes entwickelt. Unter den wiederholten, aggressiven Bremsmanövern, wie sie an Trackdays üblich sind – verstärkt durch sommerliche Temperaturen –, können herkömmliche Bremssysteme an Hochleistungsmaschinen wie der ZX-10RR überhitzen, was zu Bremsfading und einem Verlust an Gefühl führt, der sowohl Rundenzeiten als auch das Vertrauen des Fahrers beeinträchtigt. Das Puig System löst dieses Problem, indem es einen geschlossenen aerodynamischen Kanal um jede Scheiben- und Sattelbaugruppe bildet. Die in den Lufteinlass eintretende Luft wird verdichtet und präzise dorthin geleitet, wo sie am dringendsten benötigt wird: auf das Reibmaterial und die Oberfläche der Bremsscheibe.
Die Geometrie des Bremssattel-Kühlkanals ist nicht rein funktional. Ihr durchdachtes Profil sorgt gleichzeitig für ein aerodynamisch ruhigeres Umfeld am Vorderrad, reduziert widerstandserhöhende Verwirbelungen und verleiht dem Frontend eine zielgerichtete, vom Rennsport inspirierte Optik. Die Montage erfordert außer grundlegendem Werkzeug keine mechanischen Fachkenntnisse, wichtig ist jedoch, alle Befestigungselemente mit dem vorgegebenen Drehmoment anzuziehen, damit sie sich nicht durch Vibrationen lösen.
