Funktion
Nach Öhlins-Angabe: Durchmesser 46 mm, Länge 26 mm. Wird das Rohr überhitzt, verliert die Honung ihre Struktur und die Dichtung verschleißt schneller. Die Innenfläche ist gehont; ihre Rauheit entscheidet darüber, wie lange die Dichtung hält. Ein neu gehontes Rohr braucht eine kurze Einlaufphase, bevor die Dämpfung ihren Endwert erreicht.
Original-Öhlins-Teil
Ein überholtes Federbein arbeitet wieder mit der Dämpfung, die im Datenblatt steht — vorausgesetzt, die Teile stimmen. Die Einheit ist nur so gut wie ihre kleinste Passung; deshalb lohnt sich das Originalteil auch an unscheinbarer Stelle. Wir sind offizieller Öhlins-Vertriebspartner und beziehen die Teile direkt. Maßgeblich ist die Nummer; Bezeichnungen wiederholen sich bei Öhlins über verschiedene Größen hinweg.
Außen trägt das Rohr oft die Aufnahme für Reservoir oder Ausgleichsbehälter. Kommt die Einheit ohnehin auf die Werkbank, lohnt es sich, die benachbarten Verschleißteile mitzubestellen. Serienmäßige Positionen halten wir vorrätig; Sonderteile bestellen wir gezielt.
Zuordnung über die Nummer
Nummer 00570-27 und Maß gehören zusammen; weicht eines ab, ist es die falsche Position. Die Oberfläche wird nach dem Honen gespült, damit kein Schleifrückstand ins Öl gerät. Die Rohrlänge legt den möglichen Hub fest und ist deshalb je Einheit verschieden.
