Funktion
Die Zuordnung läuft über die Nummer, nicht über ein Maß. Nach einem Sturz lohnt die Prüfung auf Verzug, auch wenn das Rohr äußerlich unbeschädigt wirkt. Der Innendurchmesser ist auf wenige Hundertstel toleriert, weil der Kolben ohne Ölverlust gleiten muss. Ein neu gehontes Rohr braucht eine kurze Einlaufphase, bevor die Dämpfung ihren Endwert erreicht.

Wir liefern das Teil so, wie Öhlins es führt — ohne Umverpackung, ohne Zwischenhandel.
Für die Überholung einer kompletten Einheit stellen wir den Teilesatz auf Wunsch zusammen. Original-Serviceteile halten die Einheit in dem Zustand, für den Öhlins sie abgestimmt hat. Passt die Nummer nicht zu Ihrer Einheit, melden wir uns vor dem Versand. Ein Dämpfer ist kein Verschleißteil im Ganzen, sondern eine Baugruppe aus Teilen, die einzeln getauscht werden können.
