Funktion
Öhlins gibt für diese Position Durchmesser 46 mm, Länge 26 mm an. Die Bohrung für die Welle ist enger toleriert als die Außenkontur. Die Wandstärke ist so gewählt, dass sich das Rohr unter Druck nicht aufweitet. Das Rohr führt den Kolben und nimmt den Druck auf, den die Dämpfung erzeugt.
