Was es ist
Die Serviceliste führt Innendurchmesser 59.92 mm, Schnurstärke 3.53 mm, Werkstoff NBR 70. O-Ringe werden über den Innendurchmesser und die Schnurstärke bestimmt, nicht über den Außendurchmesser. Der Werkstoff muss zur Öltemperatur passen, sonst härtet der Ring aus. Beim Einpressen darf die Dichtung nicht verkanten, sonst ist sie sofort undicht.

So passt es sicher
Ist die Einheit bereits geöffnet, lohnt der Abgleich der Maße unten mit dem Teil in der Hand, bevor 01027-31 bestellt wird. Der Werkstoff ist auf die Öltemperatur abgestimmt, die im Betrieb entsteht. Nach dem Einbau wird die Einheit kurz durchgefedert, bevor sie unter Druck gesetzt wird.
