Wie Öhlins baut
Prüfstandsläufe gehören zur Serie, nicht nur zur Entwicklung. Die Oberflächen sind so gewählt, dass sie auch nach Jahren im Freien noch dicht abschließen. Öhlins fertigt, eloxiert, montiert und prüft im eigenen Haus statt über eine Lieferkette hinweg.

Wer stark vom Standardgewicht abweicht, sollte die Rate mit uns abstimmen. Fragen Sie nach, wenn Ihr Fahrzeug umgebaut ist — dann stimmt die Werksangabe oft nicht mehr.
Die Werkstoffwahl folgt der Belastung, nicht dem Preis. Der Einbau erfolgt an den Serienaufnahmen, ohne Bohren oder Schweißen.
Öhlins baut in Upplands Väsby in Schweden, nicht als Lohnfertigung. Prüfprotokolle bleiben der Seriennummer zugeordnet.
Wir prüfen die Passung vor dem Versand anhand Ihres Fahrzeugs, wenn Sie es angeben. Toleranzen liegen dort, wo sie wirken: an Kolben, Dichtsitz und Führung.
Die Beschriftung trägt Typ und Seriennummer, über die sich die Ausführung zurückverfolgen lässt. Die Einbaumaße sind fahrzeugspezifisch; eine Einheit vom Nachbarmodell passt in aller Regel nicht.
Rechtliches zur Zulassung
Straßenzulassung: nicht dokumentiert. Öhlins führt für diese Anwendung keinen Zulassungsstatus, und wir erfinden keinen. Sprechen Sie uns an, wenn der Straßenbetrieb entscheidend ist.
Einbau und Abstimmung
Als autorisiertes Öhlins-Service-Center bauen wir das Teil auf Wunsch ein und stellen die Einheit anschließend auf Fahrer und Einsatz ein. Eine Anfrage genügt.

Within the EU, no — our prices already include all duties and EU VAT. For deliveries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, the UK or the USA), your order may be subject to import duties and taxes set by your country. These are collected by the carrier when your parcel arrives, aren’t included in our prices, and are outside our control.

On out-of-stock items you can request a delivery time or leave your email to be notified the moment it returns — just use the notification box on the product.
You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Register your return by email first; once it’s approved you have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
