Wo es sitzt
Die Serviceliste führt Dimension A 212.6 mm, Dimension B 4.3 mm. Der Versteller verändert den Ölquerschnitt und damit die Dämpfung im Betrieb. Ein ausgeschlagener Versteller rastet nicht mehr sauber und verstellt sich beim Fahren. Verschmutzte Verstellerbohrungen führen zu einer Kennlinie, die nicht mehr reproduzierbar ist.

Ein Versteller mit O-Ring darf nicht über den Anschlag hinaus gedreht werden. Serienmäßige Positionen halten wir vorrätig; Sonderteile bestellen wir gezielt. Die Ersatzteilliste folgt der Explosionszeichnung; jede Position hat ihre eigene Nummer, auch wenn zwei Teile gleich aussehen.

Öhlins führt diese Position in der Explosionszeichnung der zugehörigen Einheit unter 00566-91. Zug- und Druckstufe werden getrennt eingestellt, oft an gegenüberliegenden Enden. Elektronische Versteller ersetzen die Nadel durch ein Magnetventil.
Einbau und Abstimmung
Als autorisiertes Öhlins-Service-Center bauen wir das Teil auf Wunsch ein und stellen die Einheit anschließend auf Fahrer und Einsatz ein. Eine Anfrage genügt.
