Wo es sitzt
Ein Maß gibt es hier nicht zu prüfen — Nummer und Explosionszeichnung bestimmen die Position. Der Kolben teilt den Zylinder in zwei Kammern und trägt die Durchflusskanäle. Rückschlagventile lassen das Öl nur in eine Richtung passieren und formen so die Kennlinie. Die Anzahl der Bohrungen ist Teil der Abstimmung und unterscheidet sonst gleiche Kolben.

Öhlins fertigt Serviceteile in denselben Toleranzen wie die Erstausrüstung; ein Nachbau trifft die Passung selten. Ein überholtes Federbein arbeitet wieder mit der Dämpfung, die im Datenblatt steht — vorausgesetzt, die Teile stimmen. Wir sind offizieller Öhlins-Vertriebspartner und beziehen die Teile direkt. Die Angaben stammen aus der aktuellen Öhlins-Serviceliste, nicht aus älteren Katalogen. Ein Nadelventil regelt fein, ein Tellerventil grob — beide finden sich in denselben Einheiten.
So passt es sicher
Bestellt wird unter 15405-04. Wo sich mehrere Größen eine Bezeichnung teilen, trennt sie nur die Nummer. Zug- und Druckstufe haben getrennte Ventile. Die Auflagefläche für die Shims muss eben sein, sonst schließt das Paket nicht sauber.
Einbau und Abstimmung
Als autorisiertes Öhlins-Service-Center bauen wir das Teil auf Wunsch ein und stellen die Einheit anschließend auf Fahrer und Einsatz ein. Eine Anfrage genügt.
