Jede Komponente entspricht den strengen Standards, die Öhlins für den professionellen Motorsport ansetzt, und liefert ein Maß an Dämpfungspräzision und mechanischer Verfeinerung, das konventionelle gasdruckbasierte Kartuschensysteme schlicht nicht erreichen.

Technik & Verarbeitung
Das entscheidende Merkmal des FKR-Systems ist seine geschlossene, federvorgespannte Bauweise. Während herkömmliche Gasdruckkartuschen auf eine separate Stickstofffüllung angewiesen sind, um Kavitation zu unterdrücken, arbeitet die TTX-Konstruktion mit einer kontrollierten Federvorspannung auf der Ölsäule. Das Ergebnis ist ein System, das über Temperaturzyklen und lange Trackday-Sessions hinweg ausbalanciert bleibt, ohne die Leistungseinbußen, die mit Gasdruckverlust einhergehen. Die präzisionsgefertigte 8-mm-Kolbenstange arbeitet zusammen mit dem neuen Kolbendesign, um die Losbrechkraft zu Beginn des Dämpferhubs zu reduzieren – die Phase, in der viele konkurrierende Systeme unpräzise oder träge wirken – und gibt dem Fahrer vom ersten Millimeter Federweg an eine unmittelbare, berechenbare Rückmeldung.

Passgenauigkeit & Kompatibilität
Dieses Kit wurde ausschließlich für die Honda CBR 1000 RR SP in SC77-Ausführung entwickelt und deckt die Modelljahre 2017 bis 2019 ab. Die Kompatibilität ist zudem auf Maschinen beschränkt, die mit den Öhlins-Gabelholmen FL 910 oder FL 926 ausgestattet sind. Die Montage erfordert Spezialwerkzeug und Gabelöl, die nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten sind; die Montage durch eine qualifizierte Fahrwerkswerkstatt wird dringend empfohlen. Dieses Produkt besitzt keine Straßenzulassung und darf gemäß der deutschen StVZO oder vergleichbaren Vorschriften in anderen Ländern nicht im öffentlichen Straßenverkehr eingesetzt werden.
