Fertigung und Werkstoffe
Die Werkstoffe sind auf die Temperaturen ausgelegt, die im Dauerbetrieb entstehen. Öhlins entwickelt und fertigt am selben Standort; der Weg von der Erprobung in die Serie ist kurz. Die Eloxierung ist Hartschicht, nicht dekorativ — das zählt an einem Bauteil, das Streusalz und Steinschlag abbekommt.
Einbau und Passform
Öhlins gibt 06452-09 für 80 N/mm / 220 mm / Ø 61 mm an. Der Einbau erfolgt an den Serienaufnahmen, ohne Bohren oder Schweißen. Bei Modellen mit mehreren Fahrwerksvarianten entscheidet die Fahrgestellnummer.
Federn werden vor dem Verbau gesetzt, damit sie im Betrieb nicht nachgeben. Wer die Einheitsnummer seines Fahrwerks kennt, bekommt von uns die passende Teileliste. Die Angaben gelten für den europäischen Markt.
Öhlins verändert Anwendungen im Laufe der Zeit; maßgeblich ist die aktuelle Liste. Zubehör wie Umlenkhebel oder Tieferlegung verändert die Passung und muss genannt werden. Die Beschriftung trägt Typ und Seriennummer, über die sich die Ausführung zurückverfolgen lässt.
