Fertigung und Werkstoffe
Die Eloxierung ist Hartschicht, nicht dekorativ — das zählt an einem Bauteil, das Streusalz und Steinschlag abbekommt. Öhlins baut in Upplands Väsby in Schweden, nicht als Lohnfertigung. Prüfprotokolle bleiben der Seriennummer zugeordnet.
Für welche Fahrzeuge
Öhlins gibt 21115-24 für 80 N/mm / 150 mm / Ø 57 mm an. Zubehör wie Umlenkhebel oder Tieferlegung verändert die Passung und muss genannt werden. Bei Fahrzeugen mit elektronischem Fahrwerk ist die Ausführung nicht austauschbar.
Für die Abstimmung nach dem Einbau nehmen wir uns Zeit. Öhlins-Teile sind auf Wiederverwendbarkeit ausgelegt, nicht auf Austausch im Ganzen. Original ist hier kein Etikett, sondern dieselbe Fertigung wie bei der Erstbestückung.
