Aufbau und Material
Die Werkstoffwahl folgt der Belastung, nicht dem Preis. Öhlins baut in Upplands Väsby in Schweden, nicht als Lohnfertigung. Die Oberflächen sind so gewählt, dass sie auch nach Jahren im Freien noch dicht abschließen.
Passform und Anwendung
Öhlins gibt 00596-12 für 56 N/mm / 270 mm / Ø 57 mm an. Wer stark vom Standardgewicht abweicht, sollte die Rate mit uns abstimmen. Die Einbaulänge lässt sich nicht beliebig ändern, ohne die Geometrie zu verstellen.
Ersatz- und Verschleißteile halten wir für die gängigen Baureihen vorrätig. Die Angaben gelten für den europäischen Markt. Feder und Dämpfer sind eigene Artikelnummern; eine andere Rate bedeutet keine neue Einheit.
Die Anodisierung wird auf Schichtdicke geprüft, nicht nur auf Farbe. Die Einheit ist zerlegbar konstruiert — was sich öffnen lässt, lässt sich warten. Zu jeder Einheit gehört eine Serviceunterlage mit den Werkseinstellungen.
