Wie Öhlins baut
Öhlins baut in Upplands Väsby in Schweden, nicht als Lohnfertigung. Jede Einheit wird vor der Auslieferung auf dem Prüfstand vermessen. Wo Aluminium auf Stahl trifft, sitzt eine Trennung gegen Kontaktkorrosion.
Anwendungsbereich
Öhlins gibt 00580-11 für 54 N/mm / 250 mm / Ø 57 mm an. Zubehör wie Umlenkhebel oder Tieferlegung verändert die Passung und muss genannt werden. Die Nummer ist fahrzeuggebunden; ein baugleiches Modell aus einem anderen Markt kann abweichen.
Werkzeuge und Betriebsstoffe sind auf die Toleranzen von Öhlins abgestimmt. Prüfprotokolle bleiben der Seriennummer zugeordnet. Die Lieferzeit nennen wir vor der Bestellung, nicht erst danach.
