Wie Öhlins baut
Die Eloxierung ist Hartschicht, nicht dekorativ — das zählt an einem Bauteil, das Streusalz und Steinschlag abbekommt. Serviceteile bleiben über Jahre lieferbar, deshalb ist eine Überholung eine echte Option. Die Anodisierung wird auf Schichtdicke geprüft, nicht nur auf Farbe.
Passform und Anwendung
Öhlins gibt 60015-91 für 240 N/mm / 85 mm / Ø 57 mm an. Die Angaben gelten für den europäischen Markt. Bei Fahrzeugen mit elektronischem Fahrwerk ist die Ausführung nicht austauschbar.
Die Lieferzeit nennen wir vor der Bestellung, nicht erst danach. Kanäle und Bohrungen werden nach der Bearbeitung gespült, damit kein Span im Öl landet. Wer stark vom Standardgewicht abweicht, sollte die Rate mit uns abstimmen.
Für die Abstimmung nach dem Einbau nehmen wir uns Zeit. Werkzeuge und Betriebsstoffe sind auf die Toleranzen von Öhlins abgestimmt. Zubehör wie Umlenkhebel oder Tieferlegung verändert die Passung und muss genannt werden.
