Wie Öhlins baut
Toleranzen liegen dort, wo sie wirken: an Kolben, Dichtsitz und Führung. Die Konstruktion sieht Verschleißteile als tauschbar vor, nicht als verklebt. Wo Aluminium auf Stahl trifft, sitzt eine Trennung gegen Kontaktkorrosion.
Anwendungsbereich
Öhlins gibt 00180-17 für 21 N/mm / 220 mm / Ø 46 mm an. Wer stark vom Standardgewicht abweicht, sollte die Rate mit uns abstimmen. Bei Fahrzeugen mit elektronischem Fahrwerk ist die Ausführung nicht austauschbar.
Öhlins baut in Upplands Väsby in Schweden, nicht als Lohnfertigung. Aufnahmen und Längen entsprechen der Serie, es sind keine Änderungen am Fahrzeug nötig. Prüfprotokolle bleiben der Seriennummer zugeordnet.
Die Lieferzeit nennen wir vor der Bestellung, nicht erst danach. Die Oberflächen sind so gewählt, dass sie auch nach Jahren im Freien noch dicht abschließen. Feder und Dämpfer sind eigene Artikelnummern; eine andere Rate bedeutet keine neue Einheit.
