Funktion
Ein Maß gibt es hier nicht zu prüfen — Nummer und Explosionszeichnung bestimmen die Position. Die Passung zum Rohr wird beim Zusammenbau geprüft, nicht geschätzt. Öhlins stimmt Kolben und Shimpaket als Einheit ab; einzeln getauscht ändert sich die Charakteristik. Verschleiß am Ventilsitz zeigt sich als weiche Dämpfung im ersten Teil des Hubs.

Eine Überholung ist günstiger als ein neues Federbein, solange die tragenden Teile in Ordnung sind. Wer die Einheit selbst zerlegt, sollte die Nummern vor dem Ausbau notieren; hinterher sind sie schwer zu lesen. Maßgeblich ist die Nummer; Bezeichnungen wiederholen sich bei Öhlins über verschiedene Größen hinweg. Serienmäßige Positionen halten wir vorrätig; Sonderteile bestellen wir gezielt.
Wir liefern das Teil so, wie Öhlins es führt — ohne Umverpackung, ohne Zwischenhandel. Bei größeren Überholungen prüfen wir vorab, welche Positionen zusammengehören. Die Ersatzteilliste folgt der Explosionszeichnung; jede Position hat ihre eigene Nummer, auch wenn zwei Teile gleich aussehen.
So passt es sicher
Ist die Einheit bereits geöffnet, lohnt der Abgleich der Maße unten mit dem Teil in der Hand, bevor 15060-02 bestellt wird. Die Auflagefläche für die Shims muss eben sein, sonst schließt das Paket nicht sauber. Ein verschlissener Kolben lässt die Dämpfung weich werden, ohne dass Öl austritt.
Einbau und Abstimmung
