Wo es sitzt
Als Maß nennt Öhlins Innendurchmesser 52 mm, Schnurstärke 3 mm, Werkstoff NBR 70. Öhlins setzt je nach Einbaulage unterschiedliche Profile ein. Die Staubdichtung hält Schmutz ab, dichtet aber nicht gegen Öldruck. Eine Dichtung, die einmal trocken gelaufen ist, bleibt beschädigt, auch wenn wieder Öl anliegt.
