Werkzeuge und Betriebsstoffe sind auf die Toleranzen von Öhlins abgestimmt. Prüfprotokolle bleiben der Seriennummer zugeordnet. Sonderteile bestellen wir gezielt beim Hersteller.
Fragen Sie nach, wenn Ihr Fahrzeug umgebaut ist — dann stimmt die Werksangabe oft nicht mehr. Die Gasfüllung wird beim Zusammenbau gesetzt und protokolliert. Federn werden vor dem Verbau gesetzt, damit sie im Betrieb nicht nachgeben.
Jede Einheit wird vor der Auslieferung auf dem Prüfstand vermessen.

Eine Dämpferüberholung ist Werkstattarbeit: Die Einheit muss zerlegt, das Shimpaket in der richtigen Reihenfolge wieder aufgebaut und die Gasfüllung neu gesetzt werden. Wir sind autorisiertes Öhlins-Service-Center und übernehmen das komplett — sprechen Sie uns an.
