Wo es sitzt
Ein Maß gibt es hier nicht zu prüfen — Nummer und Explosionszeichnung bestimmen die Position. Ein Kotflügelhalter trägt wenig Last, muss aber schwingungsfest sitzen. Der Halter wird auf Scherung belastet und ist entsprechend dimensioniert.

Für die Überholung einer kompletten Einheit stellen wir den Teilesatz auf Wunsch zusammen. Die Angaben stammen aus der aktuellen Öhlins-Serviceliste, nicht aus älteren Katalogen.
Sie können die Nummer auch mit der Rechnung der letzten Wartung abgleichen. Nach einem Sturz wird er auf Verzug geprüft, nicht nur auf Risse. Bohrungen für Versteller sind Dichtstellen und dürfen nicht ausgeschlagen sein. Eine korrekt bestückte Überholung stellt das Ansprechverhalten wieder her, das ein müder Dämpfer verloren hat. Bestellt wird über die Artikelnummer. Die Maße darunter sind die, die Öhlins selbst veröffentlicht. Öhlins fertigt Serviceteile in denselben Toleranzen wie die Erstausrüstung; ein Nachbau trifft die Passung selten. Passt die Nummer nicht zu Ihrer Einheit, melden wir uns vor dem Versand.

Bestellt wird unter 24650-02. Wo sich mehrere Größen eine Bezeichnung teilen, trennt sie nur die Nummer. Die Aufnahme für den Ausgleichsbehälter überträgt Vibrationen auf den Schlauch.
