Verarbeitung
Die Konstruktion sieht Verschleißteile als tauschbar vor, nicht als verklebt. Federn werden vor dem Verbau gesetzt, damit sie im Betrieb nicht nachgeben. Öhlins entwickelt und fertigt am selben Standort; der Weg von der Erprobung in die Serie ist kurz.
Einbau und Passform
Aufnahmen und Längen entsprechen der Serie, es sind keine Änderungen am Fahrzeug nötig. Der Einbau erfolgt an den Serienaufnahmen, ohne Bohren oder Schweißen.
Öhlins baut in Upplands Väsby in Schweden, nicht als Lohnfertigung. Bestellt wird über die Artikelnummer; Bezeichnungen wiederholen sich über Größen hinweg. Wer sein Fahrwerk warten lässt, erhält den Wert der Einheit über Jahre.
Wir dokumentieren die Ausgangseinstellung, damit sie sich wiederherstellen lässt. Die Federrate ist auf das Fahrzeuggewicht abgestimmt, nicht auf den Hubraum.
Öhlins fertigt, eloxiert, montiert und prüft im eigenen Haus statt über eine Lieferkette hinweg. Die Einheit ist zerlegbar konstruiert — was sich öffnen lässt, lässt sich warten.

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Register your return by email first; once it’s approved you have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
