Das Öhlins FKR 102 Cartridge-Kit Racing (TTX 25) ist der direkteste Weg zu echter Rennstrecken-Performance am Frontend Ihrer Yamaha YZF-R1 und deckt die Baureihen RN32, RN49 und RN65 von 2015 bis 2026 ab. Aufgebaut auf dem geschlossenen, federdruckbeaufschlagten FKR-System von Öhlins, ersetzt es die serienmäßigen Kayaba-Innereien durch eine speziell entwickelte Kartusche, die grundlegend verändert, wie die R1 auf den Streckenbelag reagiert – mit genau der präzisen, linearen Dämpfungscharakteristik, die ernsthafte Rundenzeiten verlangen.

- Das geschlossene, federdruckbeaufschlagte FKR-System arbeitet mit reduziertem Innendruck im Vergleich zu herkömmlichen Gasdruckkartuschen, was die Wartung und Abstimmung zwischen den Sessions erleichtert.

TTX-25-Technologie und Fertigungsqualität
Die TTX-25-Kartusche stammt aus dem umfangreichen WorldSBK- und MotoGP-Entwicklungsprogramm von Öhlins und wurde für Klub-Rennfahrer und Privatfahrer angepasst, die Werksfeeling ohne Werksteam-Budget erwarten. Praktische Nutzung und Setup
Mit einem kompletten Federsatz über drei Raten hinweg nimmt das FKR-102-Kit dem Grund-Setup jede Rätselei. Statt nach der Montage einzelne Federn nachzubestellen, haben Sie den gesamten Bereich zur Hand, um ihn während eines Shakedown-Trainings zu testen und die richtige Rate vor dem Wettkampftag zu bestätigen. Die gut zugänglichen Dämpfungseinsteller ermöglichen schnelle Änderungen in der Box, ohne für jede Anpassung Spezialwerkzeug zu benötigen.
Die Montage sollte durch ein autorisiertes Öhlins Service Center erfolgen, um korrekte Vorspannung, Dämpfungseinstellungen und Ölbefüllung sicherzustellen. Einmal richtig eingestellt, belohnt das System den Fahrer mit konsistentem, reproduzierbarem Verhalten – ein echter Vorteil, wenn sich das Frontend in Runde 20 genauso anfühlen soll wie in Runde 1.
