Wo es sitzt
Die Serviceliste führt Dimension A 60 mm, Dimension B 80 mm, Dimension C 19 mm. Öhlins wickelt Federn aus Chrom-Silizium-Stahl und setzt sie vor der Auslieferung. Vorspannung ändert die Höhe, nicht die Rate. Federn sind Verschleißteile mit langer Lebensdauer, aber keiner unendlichen.
Original-Öhlins-Teil

Eine korrekt bestückte Überholung stellt das Ansprechverhalten wieder her, das ein müder Dämpfer verloren hat. Die Lackierung schützt vor Korrosion, die an einer belasteten Feder zum Bruch führen kann. Öhlins setzt Federn vor der Auslieferung, damit sie im Betrieb nicht mehr nachgeben.

Wer unsicher ist, misst nach — die Angaben unten stammen aus der Öhlins-Serviceliste, 05193-05 ist die zugehörige Nummer. Der Innendurchmesser muss zur Welle passen, sonst schlägt die Feder an. Vorspannung verändert die Höhe, nicht die Rate — das wird häufig verwechselt.
