Funktion
Als Maß nennt Öhlins Innendurchmesser 17 mm, Außendurchmesser 26 mm, Stärke 3.3 mm. Die Vorspannung der Lippe kommt von einer eingelegten Ringfeder. Die Dichtung hält das Öl im System und den Schmutz draußen. Ihre Lippe läuft auf der Welle und verschleißt mit jedem Zentimeter Hub.

Bei größeren Überholungen prüfen wir vorab, welche Positionen zusammengehören. Der Werkstoff ist auf die Öltemperatur abgestimmt, die im Betrieb entsteht. Eine gealterte Dichtung wird hart und verliert die Vorspannung an der Lippe. Eine Dichtung, die einmal trocken gelaufen ist, bleibt beschädigt, auch wenn wieder Öl anliegt. Die Nummer steht in der Explosionszeichnung der Einheit; danach ist die Bestellung eindeutig.
Zuordnung über die Nummer
Der verlässliche Weg führt über die Explosionszeichnung: Position suchen, Nummer ablesen, bestellen — hier 00534-03. O-Ringe werden über den Innendurchmesser und die Schnurstärke bestimmt, nicht über den Außendurchmesser. Zwischen Dichtung und Führung sitzt oft ein Stützring gegen Spaltextrusion.
Einbau und Abstimmung
Als autorisiertes Öhlins-Service-Center bauen wir das Teil auf Wunsch ein und stellen die Einheit anschließend auf Fahrer und Einsatz ein. Eine Anfrage genügt.
