Was es ist
Nach Öhlins-Angabe: Innendurchmesser 14 mm, Außendurchmesser 24 mm, Stärke 5 mm. Die Dichtung hält das Öl im System und den Schmutz draußen. Die Staubdichtung hält Schmutz ab, dichtet aber nicht gegen Öldruck. Eine Dichtung, die einmal trocken gelaufen ist, bleibt beschädigt, auch wenn wieder Öl anliegt.
Warum das Originalteil
Öhlins ändert Teile im Laufe einer Baureihe; die Nummer, nicht das Baujahr, sagt, was passt. Ein überholtes Federbein arbeitet wieder mit der Dämpfung, die im Datenblatt steht — vorausgesetzt, die Teile stimmen. Bei größeren Überholungen prüfen wir vorab, welche Positionen zusammengehören. Für die Überholung einer kompletten Einheit stellen wir den Teilesatz auf Wunsch zusammen.
Wer eine Einheit überholt, tauscht selten alles: meist entscheiden wenige Positionen darüber, ob die Dämpfung wieder stimmt. Öhlins setzt je nach Einbaulage unterschiedliche Profile ein. Öhlins fertigt Serviceteile in denselben Toleranzen wie die Erstausrüstung; ein Nachbau trifft die Passung selten. Serienmäßige Positionen halten wir vorrätig; Sonderteile bestellen wir gezielt. Ist die Nummer bekannt, ist die Zuordnung eindeutig — anders als bei der Beschreibung allein.
Die richtige Nummer finden
Nummer 04717-02 und Maß gehören zusammen; weicht eines ab, ist es die falsche Position. Sie ist das Teil, das bei einer Überholung am häufigsten getauscht wird. Die Vorspannung der Lippe kommt von einer eingelegten Ringfeder.
