Wo es sitzt
Ein Maß gibt es hier nicht zu prüfen — Nummer und Explosionszeichnung bestimmen die Position. Eine gealterte Dichtung wird hart und verliert die Vorspannung an der Lippe. Beim Einbau entscheidet die Sauberkeit: ein Staubkorn genügt für eine Undichtigkeit. Werkstoffe wie NBR und FKM unterscheiden sich in der Temperaturbeständigkeit deutlich.

Die Ersatzteilliste folgt der Explosionszeichnung; jede Position hat ihre eigene Nummer, auch wenn zwei Teile gleich aussehen. Ein Dämpfer ist kein Verschleißteil im Ganzen, sondern eine Baugruppe aus Teilen, die einzeln getauscht werden können. Die Nummer steht in der Explosionszeichnung der Einheit; danach ist die Bestellung eindeutig. Fotos der ausgebauten Position helfen uns, die Nummer zu bestätigen, bevor Sie bestellen.
Öhlins ändert Teile im Laufe einer Baureihe; die Nummer, nicht das Baujahr, sagt, was passt. Wer eine Einheit überholt, tauscht selten alles: meist entscheiden wenige Positionen darüber, ob die Dämpfung wieder stimmt. Für die Überholung einer kompletten Einheit stellen wir den Teilesatz auf Wunsch zusammen. Bei Unsicherheit über die richtige Position hilft ein Blick in die Serviceunterlagen der Einheit. Wer sein Fahrwerk regelmäßig warten lässt, kommt mit wenigen Positionen aus; wer wartet, tauscht ganze Baugruppen.

Bestellt wird unter 05370-01. Wo sich mehrere Größen eine Bezeichnung teilen, trennt sie nur die Nummer. Zwischen Dichtung und Führung sitzt oft ein Stützring gegen Spaltextrusion.
