Was es ist
Maßlich ist das Teil mit Innendurchmesser 46 mm, Außendurchmesser 16 mm beschrieben. Eine gealterte Dichtung wird hart und verliert die Vorspannung an der Lippe. Die Dichtung hält das Öl im System und den Schmutz draußen. Die Staubdichtung hält Schmutz ab, dichtet aber nicht gegen Öldruck.

Eine korrekt bestückte Überholung stellt das Ansprechverhalten wieder her, das ein müder Dämpfer verloren hat. Sie können die Nummer auch mit der Rechnung der letzten Wartung abgleichen. Der Werkstoff ist auf die Öltemperatur abgestimmt, die im Betrieb entsteht. Beim Einpressen darf die Dichtung nicht verkanten, sonst ist sie sofort undicht.

Nummer 01029-03 und Maß gehören zusammen; weicht eines ab, ist es die falsche Position. Die Vorspannung der Lippe kommt von einer eingelegten Ringfeder.
