Die Werkstoffwahl folgt der Belastung, nicht dem Preis. Öhlins fertigt, eloxiert, montiert und prüft im eigenen Haus statt über eine Lieferkette hinweg. Jede Einheit wird vor der Auslieferung auf dem Prüfstand vermessen.

Wir prüfen die Passung vor dem Versand anhand Ihres Fahrzeugs, wenn Sie es angeben. Bei Fahrzeugen mit elektronischem Fahrwerk ist die Ausführung nicht austauschbar.
Öhlins hält Teile für Baureihen vor, die längst ausgelaufen sind. Öhlins-Teile sind auf Wiederverwendbarkeit ausgelegt, nicht auf Austausch im Ganzen. Für Gespanne und Beiwagen gelten eigene Raten und Längen.
Jede Baureihe hat eine eigene Serviceunterlage mit Momenten und Füllmengen. Toleranzen liegen dort, wo sie wirken: an Kolben, Dichtsitz und Führung.
Der Einbau erfolgt an den Serienaufnahmen, ohne Bohren oder Schweißen. Öhlins arbeitet mit Toleranzen, die eine Überholung nach Jahren noch erlauben.
Die Angaben stammen aus Öhlins' eigener Anwendungsliste. Die Oberflächen sind so gewählt, dass sie auch nach Jahren im Freien noch dicht abschließen.

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Register your return by email first; once it’s approved you have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
