Funktion
Die Serviceliste führt Dimension A 25 mm, Dimension B 125 mm. Sinkt der Gasdruck, mischt sich Luft ins Öl und die Dämpfung wird schaumig. Die Anschlussgewinde sind auf Dichtkegel ausgelegt, nicht auf Dichtband. Er ist mit Stickstoff vorgespannt, damit das Öl nicht schäumt.
Original-Öhlins-Teil
Die Ersatzteilliste folgt der Explosionszeichnung; jede Position hat ihre eigene Nummer, auch wenn zwei Teile gleich aussehen. Der Wert eines Öhlins-Fahrwerks liegt in seiner Wartbarkeit — Ersatzteile gibt es für Baureihen, die längst aus dem Programm sind. Die Nummer steht in der Explosionszeichnung der Einheit; danach ist die Bestellung eindeutig. Kommt die Einheit ohnehin auf die Werkbank, lohnt es sich, die benachbarten Verschleißteile mitzubestellen.
Wer beim Zerlegen ohnehin offen ist, tauscht die Verschleißpositionen gleich mit — ein zweites Öffnen kostet mehr als das Teil. Ein Trennkolben oder eine Blase hält Gas und Öl auseinander. Wir sind offizieller Öhlins-Vertriebspartner und beziehen die Teile direkt. Ein Trennkolben braucht eine eigene Dichtung, die selten, aber irgendwann fällig wird. Bei größeren Überholungen prüfen wir vorab, welche Positionen zusammengehören.

Einbau und Abstimmung
