Melottis Satz gibt einem Techniker zwei Teile und eine klare Aufgabe: den Dämpfer von quer über den Rahmen an die Seite der unteren Gabelbrücke zu verlegen, in einer Anordnung, die das Stock-Class-Reglement für diese V4 S weiterhin zulässt, und das ohne eine separate Aufnahme für den vorderen Dehnungsmessstreifen hinzuzufügen.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Die Halterung im Kern des SA.DU.32511O wird aus einem massiven Rohling Aluminiumlegierung auf CNC-Anlagen gefräst und mit einer schwarzen Eloxierschicht veredelt, dem Standard, den Melotti bei allen Lenkungsdämpfer-Aufnahmen anwendet. Sie schraubt an die untere Lenkplatte der Panigale V4 S entsprechend deren eigener Geometrie, trägt auf der einen Seite den Dämpferkörper und dient gleichzeitig als Montagepunkt für den Kopf des vorderen Dehnungsmessstreifens auf der anderen. Bolzen und Scheibe, die den Satz vervollständigen, sichern das gegenüberliegende Ende des Dämpfers am Chassis und sind auf eine Einheit mit 140 mm Hub abgestimmt.
Eine Halterung, eine Aufgabe, weniger Zeit auf der Bank
Für einen Mechaniker, der eine Stock-Class-V4-S vor einem Wochenende durcharbeitet, liegt der Reiz dieses Satzes ebenso in der Aufgabe, die er streicht, wie in der, die er hinzufügt: Weil die Halterung bereits den Kopf des Dehnungsmessstreifens trägt, muss kein separater Ring beschafft, montiert und am Rahmenrohr ausgerichtet werden, ein Teil weniger, das vor dem Start auf Spiel geprüft werden muss. Melotti listet das SA.DU.32511O für die Panigale V4 S ab 2025, der identische Satz ist zudem für die Serien-Panigale V4 derselben Baujahre gelistet. Es werden nur Halterung, Bolzen und Scheibe geliefert; ein Lenkungsdämpfer mit 140 mm Hub muss separat beschafft werden. Der Satz passt gut neben Melottis eigener Gabelbrücke, dem Dashboard-Schutz und dem Kühlerhalter-Satz für dasselbe Motorrad, bestätigen Sie aber vor der Bestellung den Hub Ihres Dämpfers.
Straßenzulassung
Für das SA.DU.32511O gibt es keine ABE oder Ähnliches, daher wird der Satz ausschließlich für Rennstrecke und geschlossenen Kurs geliefert. Er ist nicht für den unregistrierten Einsatz auf öffentlichen Straßen gedacht, und bei einer Veranstaltung hat das technische Reglement des Rennveranstalters Vorrang.
