Das Stock-Class-Reglement für die Ducati Panigale V4, gebaut ab 2025, lässt kaum Spielraum, die Fahrwerksteile des Motorrads zu verändern, und ein Lenkungsdämpfer ist eines der wenigen Teile, bei denen das Regelwerk noch eine andere Montageposition zulässt. Melottis seitlicher Montagesatz verlegt den Dämpfer von seiner üblichen Position quer zum Rahmen an die Seite der unteren Gabelbrücke, eine Anordnung, die bei einem Wettbewerbsmotorrad fast schon Pflicht ist und die dieser Satz der V4 bringt, ohne irgendetwas zu berühren, das ein Stock-Class-Techniker beanstanden würde.

Fertigung und Materialgüte
Melotti fräst die Halterung des SA.DU.32511O aus massiver Aluminiumlegierung mit CNC-Technik und veredelt sie mit derselben schwarzen Eloxierung, die über die gesamte Lenkungsdämpfer-Reihe hinweg zum Einsatz kommt. Bolzen und Scheibe, die die Dämpferstange am Chassis fixieren, sind die einfacheren der beiden Teile, tragen aber bei einer harten Bremsung reale Last, weshalb Melotti sie auf denselben Hubbereich wie die Halterung selbst auslegt: einen Dämpfer mit 140 mm Weg. An der unteren Lenkplatte trägt die Halterung zudem den Kopf des vorderen Dehnungsmessstreifens, ein Detail, das Melotti hinzugefügt hat, damit die seitliche Montage den separaten Ring überflüssig macht, der sonst denselben Bereich beengen würde.
Warum das Stock-Reglement zur seitlichen Montage drängt
Melottis eigene Begründung für die seitliche Montage ist eine hydraulische: Seitlich an der Gabelbrücke montiert, reagiert ein Lenkungsdämpfer schneller, geschmeidiger und progressiver als dieselbe Einheit quer über den Rahmen verschraubt, weil die Geometrie besser zu dem passt, wie das Vorderrad bei einem Rutscher tatsächlich ausschlägt. Bei gleichem Lenkwinkel während eines Lenkerschlagens hat ein seitlich montierter Dämpfer mehr nutzbaren Hub, um die Bewegung aufzunehmen, als einer, der quer montiert ist. An einer Panigale V4, die für eine Stock-Klasse gebaut ist, in der die Fahrwerksteile nahe am Serienzustand bleiben müssen, ist dieser Satz einer der wenigen Eingriffe, die das Reglement noch zulässt, weshalb Melotti ihn gezielt um diese Vorschriften herum gebaut hat statt als offenes Rennteil.
Passform und Kompatibilität
Melotti listet das SA.DU.32511O für die Panigale V4 ab 2025, und der identische Satz ist in unserem Shop auch für die Panigale V4 S derselben Baujahre gelistet. Der Satz liefert nur Halterung, Bolzen und Scheibe; der Lenkungsdämpfer selbst, ausgelegt für 140 mm Hub, wird separat verkauft und ist nicht Teil dieses Listings. Er passt natürlich zu Melottis eigener Gabelbrücke und AIS-Ventildeckel-Satz für dieselbe V4, prüfen Sie aber den Hub Ihres Dämpfers vor der Bestellung, da die Halterung genau auf diesen Wert ausgelegt ist.
Straßenzulassung
Für das SA.DU.32511O besteht keine ABE oder vergleichbares Zertifikat, daher verkaufen wir es für Rennstrecke und geschlossenen Kurs. Es ist nicht für öffentliche Straßen in Deutschland ohne eigene Eintragung gedacht, und bei einer Rennveranstaltung gilt das eigene Reglement des Veranstalters.
