Der Sprint Filter P08F1-85 ist der im Rennsport entwickelte Luftfilter, dem Werksteams in MotoGP und Superbike-WM vertrauen – und jetzt als passgenauer Ersatz für die Aprilia RSV4, RSV4 RF, RSV4 RR und RSV4 1100 Factory (2015-2026) erhältlich. Mit bis zu dreifachem Luftdurchsatz gegenüber dem Standard-P08-Filter holt der P08F1-85 jedes letzte PS aus Ihrem V4-Triebwerk heraus und wahrt dabei eine Filterleistung, die den Anforderungen von Rennstrecke und Straße gleichermaßen gerecht wird.

Rennsportleistung für die Straße
Speziell für den Renneinsatz auf der Straße entwickelt, steht der P08F1-85 an der Spitze der Sprint-Filter-Produkthierarchie. Anders als der Name vermuten lässt, beschreibt die 85 in F1-85 keine Porengröße – und der höhere Luftdurchsatz geht nicht zulasten der Filterung: Im Test von Sprint Filter hält der F1-85 95,22 % der 100-Mikron-Partikel zurück, der Standard-P08 93,13 %. Für Trackday-Fahrer und Besitzer modifizierter oder getunter RSV4-Motoren sind die Vorteile im oberen Drehzahlbereich spürbar. Der Filter passt ohne Modifikation direkt in den Standard-Luftfilterkasten, sodass Mapping und Gemischanpassungen vorgenommen werden können, um das erhöhte Ladevolumen voll auszunutzen.
Technik & Konstruktion
Sprint Filter fertigt den P08F1-85 aus einem monofilen Polyestergewebe mit präzise kontrolliertem Drahtdurchmesser von 22 Mikron. Anders als herkömmliche Papier- oder geölte Schaumstoffelemente nimmt das Polyestergewebe keine Feuchtigkeit auf, zieht sich bei Nässe nicht zusammen und muss nicht regelmäßig nachgeölt werden. Die patentierte Wasserdichtigkeitstechnologie sorgt dafür, dass die Filtergeometrie unabhängig von den Umgebungsbedingungen stabil bleibt – eine wichtige Eigenschaft, wenn der Luftfilterkasten der RSV4 Regen, Spritzwasser oder Hochdruckreinigung ausgesetzt ist. Der starre Rahmen hält das Medium unter dem bei hohen Drehzahlen entstehenden Druckunterschied straff gespannt, verhindert einen Bypass und stellt sicher, dass jeder Kubikzentimeter Luft gefiltert wird, bevor er die Drosselklappen erreicht.
