Auf der Rennstrecke kann eine verirrte Hand oder ein Ärmel, der im falschen Moment den Bremshebel erwischt, mehr kosten als nur Rundenzeit. Der LighTech ISS120RA Bremshebelschutz wurde genau dafür entwickelt, das zu verhindern — 148mm CNC-gefertigtes Ergal-7075-Aluminium stehen zwischen Ihrem Hebel und der unberechenbaren Welt aus engem Racing, knappen Überholmanövern und vollen Boxengassen.

Der ISS120RA fühlt sich überall zu Hause, wo der Spielraum für Fehler gering ist. Auf der Strecke verhindert er ein unbeabsichtigtes Betätigen der Bremse durch Kontakt mit anderen Fahrern, Boxencrew oder Streckenposten-Ausrüstung. Auf der Straße gibt er zusätzliche Sicherheit beim Filtern durch den Verkehr, auf engen Bergpässen und in jeder Situation, in der der Hebel unbeabsichtigt angestoßen werden könnte. Die farbige Endkappe sorgt für ein sauberes, durchdachtes Finish, das ebenso gewollt wie funktional wirkt.
Die Fertigung aus Ergal 7075 — einer Aluminiumlegierung der 7000er-Serie in Luft- und Raumfahrtqualität — sorgt dafür, dass der Schutz Verformungen bei einem Aufprall weit besser widersteht als Standard-Aluminium 6061, während die Baugruppe wirklich leicht bleibt. Das CNC-Fräsverfahren gewährleistet jedes Mal eine gleichbleibende Wandstärke und eine präzise Montagegeometrie.

Der ISS120RA nimmt die gesamte Palette an LighTech KPL-Adaptern auf und deckt damit Lenker-Innendurchmesser von Ø12mm bis Ø20mm ab.
