LighTech beschreibt zwei Montagewege für das Carbonprogramm — Silikon an den Auflagepunkten oder beiliegende Schrauben. Sehen Sie vor dem Anfangen in den Karton. Für die Oberfläche neutrale Reiniger verwenden; LighTech nennt das ausdrücklich, und scharfe Mittel sind das, was Klarlack stumpf macht. Fragen Sie uns, wenn vor der Bestellung etwas unklar ist.
Warum Carbon
Eine gewebte Oberfläche unter Klarlack verhält sich anders als Lack auf Kunststoff. Der CARM1010M ersetzt den vorderen Kotflügel und nichts anderes — ein Teil, mattes Carbon. Darüber hinaus würden wir nichts dafür behaupten.
Was Sie bekommen
Geliefert wird der vordere Kotflügel CARM1010M aus mattem Carbon, als Einzelteil. Befestigung wie von LighTech geliefert. Das Werkzeug stellen Sie; das Teil kommt wie beschrieben.
Anbau
Legen Sie den vorderen Kotflügel erst trocken an und fixieren Sie dann — diese Reihenfolge schont die Oberfläche. Nicht überdrehen: Carbon verträgt punktuelle Pressung schlecht. Wer das nicht selbst machen will: unsere Werkstatt in München übernimmt den Einbau.
Straßenzulassung
Was an Unterlagen beiliegt. Im Karton des CARM1010M liegt weder eine ABE noch ein Teilegutachten. Für eine reine Rennmaschine stellt sich die Frage nicht.
