Die Leatt Body Protector 3DF AirFit Evo ist die Premium-Softshell im Leatt-Programm: Level 2 für Brust und Rücken, verbunden mit dem Tragekomfort von flexiblem Schaum. Wer Hartschalenprotektoren als zu steif empfindet, bekommt hier ernsthaften, zertifizierten Schutz in einem Kompressionsteil mit Reißverschluss, das sich mit dem Körper bewegt statt gegen ihn.
Ein elastischer Brustgurt hält den Protektor fest in Position. Geschnitten ist sie in den Doppelgrößen S/M, L/XL und XXL. Im Leatt Protection Score erreicht diese Herrenversion 21 Punkte, die Lite Evo kommt auf 18.

Damit nichts verrutscht
Ein weicher Protektor schützt nur, wenn er an seinem Platz bleibt. Die Evo setzt dafür auf drei Dinge: den dreidimensionalen Schnitt, das Kompressionsteil mit Frontreißverschluss und einen elastischen Brustgurt, der verhindert, dass das Brustpolster im Sturz nach oben rutscht oder zur Seite wandert.
Die Herrenversion gibt es in S/M, L/XL und XXL. Leatt nennt ein Gewicht ab 1,53 kg.
Schutz an den entscheidenden Stellen
Leatt hat die 3DF AirFit Evo in vier Zonen nach CE als Aufprallschutz prüfen und zertifizieren lassen. Das Brustpolster erreicht Level 2 nach EN 1621-3, der durchgehende Rückenprotektor Level 2 nach EN 1621-2. Schultern und Ellbogen sind nach EN 1621-1 mit Level 1 abgedeckt, gepolsterte Flanken verlängern den Schutz an den Seiten.
Dazu kommt die Freigabe des französischen Motorradverbands FFM. Die 21 Punkte im Leatt Protection Score sind eine Herstellerbewertung, die das Modell innerhalb des Leatt-Sortiments einordnet.
So arbeitet der Schaum
3DF AirFit ist der energieabsorbierende Mehrfach-Aufprallschaum von Leatt. Er bleibt beim Fahren weich und formbar, passt sich dem Oberkörper an und nimmt laut Hersteller auch über mehrere Einschläge hinweg Energie auf. Zusammen mit der starken Belüftung beschreibt Leatt ihn als bequemen, leichten Schutz.
Die Produktdaten von Leatt nennen für dieses Modell drei weitere Details: eine vergrößerte Aufprallfläche an der Brust, verstärkte Mesh-Einsätze an den Stellen, an denen sich Wärme staut, und Flachnähte am MoistureCool-Kompressionsteil, die flach auf der Haut liegen.
Nackenstütze und Trikot
Mit der neuen, schmaleren BraceOn™-Aufnahme ist die Jacke für eine Leatt-Nackenstütze vorbereitet. Der weiche Schaum liegt flach am Körper an, das Trikot fällt darüber, ohne den kastigen Look eines harten Brustpanzers.
Stoffe und Pflege
Die belüfteten Funktionsstoffe MoistureCool und AirMesh leiten Schweiß ab und sind geruchshemmend ausgerüstet. Nach der Fahrt lässt sich die Evo von Hand waschen – laut Leatt problemlos. Die Verpackung ist plastikfrei.
Was Sie wissen sollten
Die 3DF AirFit Evo fängt Einschläge mit Schaum ab; eine harte Brustschale, die Steine ablenkt, gibt es hier nicht. Für Motocross mit viel Steinschlag legt der 3DF AirFit Hybrid eine Hartschale über denselben Schaumtyp. Level 2 gilt für Brust und Rücken, Schultern und Ellbogen sind mit Level 1 zertifiziert.
Für diese Herrenversion in S/M bis XXL nennt Leatt keine Körpergrößenspanne. Bitte prüfen Sie die Größentabelle in der Leatt-Anleitung oder fragen Sie uns vor der Bestellung.
Farbe
Die Herrenversion der 3DF AirFit Evo kommt in Schwarz. Auf den Leatt-Bildern schimmert durch das schwarze Mesh ein dezentes, dunkelrotes Punktmuster der Polster, dazu ein kleines Leatt-AirFit-Logo auf der Brust. Ein zurückhaltender Look, der unter jedes Teamtrikot passt und Schmutz kaum zeigt.
