Streifen Rot ist die traditionellste Farbe des neuen Leatt Moto 3.5 Ride Kit und passt ganz selbstverständlich zu roten Motorrädern. Das Set umfasst Jersey und Hose in den Größen XS bis 3XL.
Leatt hält das Jersey mit 240 g in Größe L leicht, die 900 g schwere Hose trägt die strapazierfähigen Teile: mehrlagige Innenknie, hitzebeständiges Leder rechts, mehrreihige Nähte und eine PFAS-(PFC)-freie DWR-C0-Ausrüstung.
Es richtet sich an Fahrer, die viele Stunden auf dem Motorrad verbringen und ein komplettes Kit wollen, das von der ersten bis zur letzten Runde bequem bleibt.

Aufbau der Hose
Vorgeformte Beine bilden die Fahrposition nach, und gestrickte Stretch-Einsätze geben dort nach, wo sich der Körper beugt, und lassen Luft durch. Zwei-Wege-Stretch von rund 30 %, wie Leatt angibt, erweitert die Bewegungsfreiheit in den Beinen. Hinter der Außenschicht liegt ein Mesh-Futter, und der Hosenschlitz nutzt einen YKK-Reißverschluss.
Das Jersey
Die Belüftung beginnt beim Stoff selbst: Das Jersey des Moto 3.5 Ride Kit ist ein 3D-Stretch-Mesh, dessen Luftkanäle den Körper kühler halten helfen. Wer eine Nackenstütze trägt, bekommt einen Kragen, der nicht im Weg ist, denn sein flaches Profil ist für beide Varianten gedacht. Die Grafik entsteht im farbbeständigen Digitaldruck, und Overlock-Nähte halten Scheuerstellen auch an langen Tagen gering.
Passform mit und ohne Protektoren
Das Jersey folgt einem Classic-Schnitt, den Leatt für das Fahren mit oder ohne Körperprotektor darunter ausgelegt hat. Um die Taille läuft der Silikongrip volle 360°, und ein Mikroversteller lässt die Weite ohne Gürtel genau einstellen.
Material und Finish
Die Materialaufschlüsselung lautet 95 % Polyester, 4 % Elasthan und 1 % echtem Leder, wobei das Jersey selbst aus 100 % Polyester besteht. Eine DWR-C0-Ausrüstung ohne PFAS (PFC) weist Schmutz und Wasser vom Stoff ab; Leatt nennt zudem OekoTex, REACH-Prüfung und plastikfreie Verpackung.
Wo das Kit am meisten aushält
Das rechte Innenknie trägt einen hitzebeständigen Lederbesatz auf mehrlagigem Aufbau, und eine gepolsterte Kniepartie erhöht den Komfort. Die Haltbarkeit beruht auf zwei Maßnahmen: zusätzlicher Verstärkung in kritischen Zonen und Paneelnähten in mehreren Reihen.
Was Sie wissen sollten
Bitte verwechseln Sie die Kniepolsterung nicht mit einem Protektor: Das Kit hat keine zertifizierten Protektoren, und Leatt nennt keine Schutzklasse dafür. Bei einem Wolkenbruch stößt die DWR-C0-Ausrüstung an ihre Grenzen, weil das Kit keine wasserdichte Membran hat. Das Angebot umfasst XS–3XL, und weil Jersey und Hose dieselbe Größe teilen, sollten Sie vor der Wahl sorgfältig messen.
Farbe
In Streifen Rot ist das Jersey leuchtend rot mit schwarzer Schulter- und oberer Rückenpartie, unter dem Leatt-Logo läuft ein Band aus blauen und roten Streifen über die Brust. An den Bündchen kehren blaue Streifen zurück. Die rote Hose wechselt rund um Knie und Unterschenkel zu Schwarz, mit blauen Streifen an der Wade. Auf einem roten Motorrad verschmilzt das Kit zu einem einheitlichen Farbblock.
