Neongelb übersieht man weder im Wald noch auf einer staubigen Strecke. Dieser Schirm bringt die Farbe an einen Leatt Moto 2.5, sei es als Ersatz für einen gebrochenen Schirm oder um dem Helm eine hellere Front zu geben.
Farbe
Der Schirm ist in einem kräftigen, leicht limettenstichigen Neongelb gehalten. Ein dunkelblauer Streifen läuft mittig nach vorn und endet in Leatts Pfeillogo, an den Flügelspitzen zeigen sich kleine violette Akzente. Die Farbe gehört zur Reihe V27 der Leatt-Ersatzschirme.
Zusammenspiel mit dem Helm
Verstehen Sie ihn als Kontrastteil. An einem dunkelblauen, grauen oder weißen 2.5 setzt die gelbe Front einen bewussten Akzent; soll der Schirm die Schalengrafik genau fortsetzen, vergleichen Sie vorher mit Ihrem Helm.
Passt an
Leatt führt das Teil nur für den Moto 2.5. Eine Größe deckt alle drei Schalengrößen des 2.5 ab. Das Mittelfenster und die kleinen Öffnungen an der Kante sind die typische Form des 2.5-Schirms.
Breakaway
Der Schirm ist so ausgelegt, dass er sich bei bestimmten Aufprallen löst, und verringert damit die Kräfte, die auf Kopf und Nacken übertragen werden.

Was er leistet
Leatt beschreibt den Schirm als Schutz der Augen vor Sonne, Regen und Schmutz. Da der 2.5 mit Brille gefahren wird, beschattet der Schirm auch das Brillenglas und fängt Steinschlag ab, bevor er Sie erreicht.
Sichtbarkeit
Ein heller Schirm ist für andere leichter zu erkennen, etwa wenn Sie auf einem Trail anhalten oder nach einem Sturz im Graben liegen. Das ist ein Nebeneffekt der Farbe, keine zertifizierte Sicherheitsfunktion.
