Ganz in Schwarz mit wenigen Bronze-Akzenten ist die DriTour 5.5 in Stealth Schwarz/Grau der zurückhaltende Einstieg in Leatts laminierte Tourenlinie. Sie richtet sich an Fahrer, die zu jeder Jahreszeit große Strecken zurücklegen und den Wetterschutz lieber fest in der Außenhülle haben als in einem Futter, das bei aufziehenden Wolken erst eingezippt werden muss.
In dieser Farbe reicht die Größenauswahl bis 5XL. Damit finden auch Fahrer eine gut ausgestattete Adventure-Jacke, die sonst oft nach passenden Größen suchen.

Schutz
Leatt zertifiziert die gesamte DriTour 5.5 als ein Kleidungsstück nach Klasse AA, der mittleren Stufe der EN-17092-Skala. Innen schützen 3DF-Polster mit Level 2 Rücken, Schultern und Ellbogen, und eine Tasche wartet auf einen Brustprotektor, falls Sie nachrüsten möchten. Deflexion-Verstärkungen decken die besonders gefährdeten Zonen des RipStop-600D-Oberstoffs ab.
Klima und Belüftung
Steigt das Thermometer, öffnen Sie die Reißverschlüsse an Oberarmen, Brust und Rücken und lassen Luft durch die Jacke strömen. Die Brustöffnungen dienen zugleich als Taschen und sind deshalb auch an kühlen Tagen nützlich. Bei Nässe halten das laminierte Obermaterial und die vollständig getapten Nähte das Wasser draußen, während HydraDri EVO Feuchtigkeit nach außen lässt; die PFC-freie DWR-C0-Ausrüstung lässt Tropfen abperlen.
Schichtsystem
Die wattierte Innenjacke wird am Rumpf und an den Ärmeln eingezippt. Am Campingplatz oder in der Pension wird sie zur eigenen warmen Jacke mit zwei Handwärmertaschen und einer Mesh-Tasche mit Reißverschluss. Leatt spricht von drei Trageweisen: Außenjacke allein, Außenjacke mit Futter oder nur das Futter. Dazu gewährt Leatt fünf Jahre Garantie und liefert die Jacke in plastikfreier Verpackung.
Details für lange Etappen
Ein weicher Neopren-Rand am Kragen, Stretch an den Ärmelenden und ein kräftiger Leatt-Zipper am Frontreißverschluss machen den Alltag leichter. Zu den Taschen zählen fleecegefütterte Handwärmer, wasserdichte Einschubtaschen mit Patte, eine Mesh-Tasche hinter dem Frontreißverschluss und eine große Rückentasche unter wasserdichter Abdeckung. Ein langer Verbindungsreißverschluss koppelt die Jacke an passende Leatt-Hosen, sie ist für Nackenstützen vorbereitet und hat außen eine Aufhängeschlaufe zum Trocknen über Nacht.

Für ein komplettes Outfit verbindet der lange Reißverschluss diese Jacke mit Leatts laminierter DriTour 5.5 Hose, die es ebenfalls in Stealth Schwarz/Grau gibt.
Was Sie wissen sollten
Ein herausnehmbares Regenfutter gibt es nicht, weil die Außenhülle selbst die wasserdichte Schicht ist; an heißen, trockenen Tagen lässt sich die Jacke also nicht zu einer leichten Mesh-Schicht abspecken. Der Brustprotektor kostet extra. Mit rund 2.150 g samt Protektoren ist sie für echte Touren gedacht, weniger für kurze Trail-Runden. Schwarzer Stoff heizt sich in praller Sonne stärker auf als helle Farben, im Sommer lohnt es sich also, die Lüftungen zu nutzen.
Farbe
Stealth Schwarz/Grau ist nahezu komplett schwarz, mit einem Bronzestreifen und Leatt-Logos in Bronze an den Oberarmen sowie graugrünen Laschen an den Taillenverstellern. Es ist die unauffälligste Version der DriTour 5.5 und verzeiht Schmutz auf langen Reisen. Bei schwachem Licht gewinnen die Reflexelemente an Bedeutung, denn der schwarze Stoff selbst hebt sich kaum von einer dunklen Fahrbahn ab.
