Der K&N Premium-Ölfilter KN-159 wurde entwickelt, um auch unter der anhaltenden Hochdrehzahl-Belastung des Rennstreckeneinsatzes maximalen Ölfluss und makellose Filtration zu gewährleisten und so den Zweizylindermotor der 899 zu schützen – egal ob Sie Rundenzeiten jagen oder Touring-Kilometer sammeln.

Renntaugliche Schutzwirkung für die Panigale 899
Die Ducati Panigale 899 mobilisiert für ihren Hubraum beachtliche Leistung, und das Motormanagement fordert dem Öl einiges ab. K&N hat den KN-159 mit dem Ziel entwickelt, den Ölfluss bei Bremsungen vor der Kurve, bei starker Schräglage und unter Volllastbeschleunigung ununterbrochen aufrechtzuerhalten – genau die Bedingungen, unter denen unzureichende Filtration ans Licht kommt. Das synthetische Filtermedium bietet eine höhere Schmutzaufnahmekapazität als herkömmliche Zellstoffmedien, sodass der Filter auch bei zunehmender Verschmutzung über ein verlängertes Wartungsintervall hinweg frei durchflossen wird.
Verarbeitungsqualität & Zuverlässigkeit
Der KN-159 besteht aus widerstandsfähigen Materialien, die für gleichbleibende Leistung über den gesamten Betriebstemperaturbereich ausgewählt wurden. Das verstärkte Mittelrohr widersteht dem Kollabieren bei Druckspitzen, während das Anti-Drainback-Ventil mit einer präzise geformten Elastomerklappe arbeitet, die auch nach wiederholten Hitzezyklen zuverlässig schließt. Das äußere Gehäuse wird in engen Toleranzen gefertigt und gewährleistet an der Montagefläche jedes Mal eine dichte Abdichtung.
