Verarbeitung & Materialien
Jede strukturelle Komponente wird aus hochwertigem Aluminium- oder Stahlvollmaterial CNC-gefräst, wodurch die Gussporosität entfällt, die bei Serienbauteilen mit der Zeit die Dämpfungskonsistenz beeinträchtigen kann. Sowohl die obere als auch die untere Ösenaufnahme messen 30 mm Breite bei 10 mm Schraubendurchmesser und entsprechen damit der Serienbefestigung des ZX-6R, sodass für die Montage kein Adapter erforderlich ist. Das Gehäuse hat einen Durchmesser von 35 mm bei einer 12-mm-Kolbenstange – Proportionen, die Torsionssteifigkeit und ungefederte Masse in Einklang bringen.
