Der Motor kommt hier aus Ninja und ER-6, und alles darüber ebenfalls. Das heißt, dieselbe Platte passt — und es heißt, dass der Ausbauweg von einer viel größeren Gruppe von Besitzern beschrieben ist, als die Vulcan S allein hätte.
Tiefer Lenker, sichtbarer Motor
Kawasaki hat dieses Motorrad um einen offen liegenden Motor herum gestaltet, mit tief und weit vorn sitzendem Fahrer. Was die Abdeckung am Kopf ersetzt, liegt vom Sattel aus im Blickfeld — was für ein verkleidetes Motorrad nicht gilt.
Der Stopfen verschließt den Luftfilterkasten
Zu jeder Platte in diesem Programm gehört ein Gummistopfen, weil der Schlauchanschluss im Kasten auf die saubere Seite des Filters führt. Es ist der Teil der Arbeit, von dem die meisten erst erfahren, wenn der Kasten vom Motorrad herunter ist.
