The JP ESR 008 is what stops the Streetfighter V4S reporting a rear suspension fault after the electronic shock has come off for something with fixed valving.

A Quickshifter Both Directions
Standard on the S and used constantly, because an engine revving to fourteen thousand asks for gearchanges more often than most riders expect.
Why the Circuit Complains
Ducati's suspension controller expects to find a stepper motor and a position sensor on every leg it manages. Fit conventional units and it finds neither, so it reports a fault and puts the electronics into a limp state.

Most conversions happen because a rider wants a specific spring rate and a specific valving stack rather than a controller's interpretation of the road surface.
