Was er entfernt
Das elektrisch geöffnete Ventil, das bei geschlossener Drosselklappe Luft in die Auslasskanäle lässt, und den Fehler, den das Steuergerät meldet, sobald das Ventil abgesteckt wird.
Durchgang der Wicklung
Wird bei jedem Start ausgelesen. Das Steuergerät kann einen absichtlichen Ausbau nicht von einem Kabelbruch unterscheiden und warnt entsprechend.
Die erwartete Impedanz
Dieses Bauteil antwortet mit genau dieser Impedanz, sodass im Cockpit nichts erscheint und nichts in den Fehlerspeicher geschrieben wird.
Tausendsiebenundsiebzig
Aprilia hat den V4 der Tuono 2015 vergrößert, während das Superbike bei einem Liter blieb. Das geschah für das mittlere Drehzahlband statt für einen Spitzenwert, und es hat funktioniert.
Ein Superbike-Fahrwerk mit Rohrlenker
Die Tuono war schon immer eine RSV4 ohne Verkleidung und mit geänderter Ergonomie. An Rahmen und Motor ist nichts entschärft.
Knallen im Schiebebetrieb
Da keine Verkleidung es dämpft, ist das Geräusch der im Krümmer verbrennenden Rückstände unverkennbar. Ein anderer Schalldämpfer macht es nur deutlicher.
Vor einer Neuabstimmung
Luft, die nach der Verbrennung eintritt, verschiebt die Lambdawerte, und jede danach getroffene Entscheidung zur Gemischabstimmung übernimmt den Fehler.
Zehn Modelljahre
Aprilia hat die Sekundärluftanordnung über die gesamte Bauzeit unverändert gelassen, daher deckt eine einzige Artikelnummer alles ab.
Die Verschlussplatte macht es komplett
Der Membranventilblock bleibt an den Zylinderköpfen, bis die mechanische Hälfte ersetzt ist.
Homologation
Das System ist Teil der Zulassung, und mit seinem Ausbau erlischt die Straßenzulassung in Europa.
Hundertfünfundsiebzig PS
In einem Fahrwerk mit breitem Lenker und ganz ohne Verkleidung. Die Tuono hat mehr Vergleichstests gewonnen als fast jedes andere Motorrad ihrer Generation, weil sie das, worauf es auf der Straße ankommt, besser kann als Maschinen mit eindrucksvolleren Datenblättern.
