Das Motorrad, das aufgebaut wird
Gleicher Motor, Rahmen und Elektronik wie die RF, mit Sachs-Fahrwerk und niedrigerem Preis. Da ein Rennaufbau das Fahrwerk ohnehin ersetzt, ist die RR die vernünftige Basis.
Was bedeutet, dass das gesamte System weicht
Ein Aufbau, der bis zu Auspuff und Abstimmung reicht, hat keinen Grund, die Sekundärluft zu belassen. Beide Hälften werden gleichzeitig entfernt.
Eine Sitzung
Verkleidung und Tank kommen mit beiden Teilen auf der Werkbank nur einmal ab. Getrennt bestellt verteilt sich dieselbe Arbeit auf zwei Wochenenden.
Die Reihenfolge
Verkleidungsteile, Sitz, Tank, Schläuche, Gehäuse, Blindstopfen, Stecker. Durchgehend gewöhnliches Werkzeug.
Beide Bänke
Der V4 trägt die Anordnung an jedem Kopf, daher liegen dem Kit zwei Blindstopfen bei.
Schräglagenabhängiges ABS seit 2017
Aprilia hat die günstigere Version der Baureihe nie als Stelle genutzt, um Elektronik zu streichen. Die RR erhielt die Sechs-Achsen-Plattform gleichzeitig mit der RF.
Nichts geschnitten
Aprilias eigene Steckverbindung und Befestigungspunkte, Kabelbaum und Köpfe unberührt.
Vor dem Prüfstand
Unmessbare Luft nach der Verbrennung macht Abgasanalysen wertlos, und eine RR steht meist aus gutem Grund auf dem Prüfstand.
Zulassung
Der Ausbau von Emissionstechnik beendet die Straßenzulassung in ganz Europa.
Reversibel
Serienteile aufbewahren, und das Motorrad entspricht wieder dem Serienzustand.
Sachs statt Öhlins
Der einzige nennenswerte Unterschied zwischen RR und RF, und einer, der verschwindet, sobald ein Renn-Federbein und ein Kartuschen-Kit eingebaut sind. Für ein Fahrwerk zu zahlen, das man ohnehin ersetzen will, ergibt keinen Sinn, weshalb die Fahrerlager voller RR sind.
Derselbe Motor, derselbe Rahmen
Aprilia hat die günstigere Version der Baureihe nie als Stelle genutzt, um Leistungsfähigkeit zu streichen, weshalb eine RR genauso auf Vorbereitung reagiert wie eine RF. Das Schild am Heck ändert den Preis und nichts, was darunter wirklich zählt.
