Die S ergänzte die erste Panigale um elektronisches Fahrwerk, ohne den Motor zu verändern – die Anforderungen an die Gemischaufbereitung entsprechen also dem Basismodell.
Ansprechverhalten statt Leistung
Der Hersteller verspricht Ansprechverhalten und Laufruhe, keine Leistung. Wer sich ein Ergebnis auf dem Prüfstandsblatt erwartet, hat das Produkt missverstanden. Was sich ändert, ist die Reaktion des Motors auf eine kleine Handbewegung – genau dort, wo das Fahren größtenteils stattfindet.
Der Preis der Alternative
Ein Prüfstandstermin bei einem Abstimmungsspezialisten kostet ein Mehrfaches und wird dauerhaft in das Original-Steuergerät geschrieben. Beide Wege sind legitim und passen zu unterschiedlichen Besitzern.
Zweihundert Gramm und ein Kabel

Ein Tank minderwertigen Benzins wirkt sich auf ein Motorrad mit Modul genauso aus wie auf eines ohne. Die Korrektur ist eine feste Kurve und kann nicht wissen, was gerade getankt wurde.
