Ein Tausch nach Maß
Dieser Schalter sitzt genau dort, wo zuvor der serienmäßige linke Schalter der Tenere 700 saß, und trifft die gleichen Befestigungspunkte, sodass nichts zusätzlich gebohrt oder angepasst werden muss. An der umliegenden Schaltertechnik, den Kabeln oder Hebeln muss dafür nichts angefasst werden.

Als straßenorientierter Schalter behält dieses Teil den vollen Funktionsumfang, den ein Tenere-700-Fahrer im Straßenbetrieb erwartet, statt Funktionen für den Wettbewerbseinsatz zu reduzieren. Warum Fahrer den Serienschalter tauschen
Die Gründe reichen von einer Auffrischung der Optik an einem älteren Motorrad bis zum einfachen Ersatz eines verschlissenen oder beschädigten Originalschalters durch ein gleichwertiges Teil. Ein verschlissener Schalter kann mit der Zeit klemmende oder unzuverlässige Tasten entwickeln, was dieses Teil mit einem Tausch löst.
