Warum die Factory
Es ist die Version, die von Fahrern gekauft wird, die Rennstrecken nutzen, und Rennstreckenmotorräder bekommen Klapphebel und Renn-Hauptbremszylinder. Die bieten selten eine Schalterposition.
Die Sperre
Bei eingelegtem Gang wartet das Steuergerät auf die Bestätigung, dass die Kupplung ausgekuppelt ist. Kein Schalter bedeutet keine Bestätigung und keinen Anlasser.
Der Stromkreis, dauerhaft geschlossen
Diese Einheit hält ihn permanent geschlossen, sodass der Hebel stets als gezogen gilt. An der Startstrategie ändert sich sonst nichts.
Den Kompromiss verstehen
Nichts verhindert nun mehr, dass sich das Motorrad beim Anlassen mit eingelegtem Gang nach vorn bewegt. Auf einem Rennstreckenmotorrad wird das akzeptiert; auf einem Straßenmotorrad nicht.
Klapphebel
Sie existieren, weil ein Serienhebel bei einem langsamen Sturz bricht und eine Session beendet. Fast jedes vorbereitete Motorrad bekommt ein Paar, und fast keines behält dabei den Schalter.
Kayaba-Gabel
Voll einstellbar vorn, weshalb sich die Factory lohnt und weshalb diese Motorräder meist richtig abgestimmt und nicht nur gefahren werden.
Ein Stecker
Aprilias eigener Stecker am Lenker, in einer Minute montiert, während die Hebelbaugruppe bereits abgenommen ist.
Nichts durchtrennt
Der Kabelbaum bleibt unberührt, und der Serienschalter lässt sich wieder einbauen, sobald der Serienhebel zurückkehrt.
Wettbewerbseinsatz
Ein straßenzugelassenes Motorrad sollte seine Sperre angeschlossen halten.
Rückbaubar
Die Brücke abziehen, und der Schutz kehrt zurück, ohne etwas zu hinterlassen.
