Öhlins an einem Naked Bike
Die Factory-Ausstattung bringt Öhlins-Fahrwerk vorn und hinten sowie geschmiedete Räder an ein Motorrad, das schon vorher das schärfste seiner Klasse war. Es ist die Version für Fahrer, die das Fahrwerk tatsächlich nutzen wollen und nicht nur den Motor.

In einem Naked Bike mit rund 209 Kilogramm fahrfertigem Gewicht. Die Tuono Factory hält ihre Position an der Spitze der Hyper-Naked-Klasse über mehrere Generationen von Konkurrenten hinweg, vor allem weil der V4 im Charakter unerreicht bleibt.
Alles verstellbar
Aprilias Fahrwerk erlaubt es, den Lenkkopfwinkel, die Motorposition und den Schwingendrehpunkt zu verändern. An einer Factory mit Öhlins an beiden Enden wird diese Verstellbarkeit tatsächlich genutzt und ist nicht nur ein Punkt auf dem Datenblatt.
Die kombinierte Baugruppe
Rechte Bedienelemente im Gasgriffgehäuse, wie bei jedem V4 dieser Generation. Beide werden von diesem Bauteil gemeinsam ersetzt, gefräst aus einem Block und am Original-Stecker von Aprilia angeschlossen.
Wo ein Gussteil verliert
Das Serienteil ist gegossen mit einem aufgeklipsten Deckel, und die Bohrung, in der das Gasgriffrohr läuft, ist geformt statt gefräst. Über die Jahre zeigt sich dieser Unterschied darin, wie gleichmäßig der Sensor kleine Öffnungswinkel liest.
Vier Oberflächen
Schwarz, Rot, Blau und Titanfarben, alle durch die Oberfläche eloxiert. Titanfarben kommt den goldfarbenen Gabelbrücken der Factory am nächsten, ohne sie exakt zu treffen, und wirkt an diesem Motorrad meist stimmiger als Rot.
Abgedichtete Kontakte
Abgedichtete Elemente in einem einteiligen gefrästen Körper. Ein Naked Bike bietet seinen Schaltern überhaupt keinen Schutz, sodass Gehäuse und Dichtungen die gesamte Arbeit übernehmen müssen.
