Jedes eingesparte Gramm und jede gefertigte Oberfläche zeugt vom präzisen CNC-Prozess dahinter.

Verarbeitungsqualität und Materialien
Hesterberg-Cad/Cam entwickelt und fertigt diesen Halter aus 7075-T6-Aluminium – derselben Legierung, die auch im Motorsport und in der Luftfahrt bevorzugt wird, wo tragende Präzision nicht verhandelbar ist. Der CNC-Fräsprozess sorgt dafür, dass jede Montagefläche und jede Gewindebohrung enge Maßtoleranzen einhält, was entscheidend ist, wenn der Halter mit Aftermarket-Bremssätteln kombiniert wird, die ohne Nacharbeit an der Radnabe vorbeilaufen müssen.

Konstruiert für schnelle Hinterradwechsel

Der konventionelle Ansatz – den Bremssattel hinten beim Radwechsel vollständig auszubauen – birgt zwei Risiken: Beläge können aus ihrer Position rutschen, und ein schwerer Bremssattel kann herunterfallen und dabei die Beläge oder den Sattelkörper selbst beschädigen. Das Hesterberg-Cad/Cam Schnellwechselsystem löst beide Probleme.
Durch die direkte Verschraubung des Halters mit dem Kettenspanner bleibt der Bremssattel während des gesamten Radausbaus korrekt positioniert. Das Hinterrad lässt sich sauber herausziehen, der Reifen wird gewechselt, und das Rad wird mit dem bereits korrekt sitzenden Bremssattel wieder montiert. Das Ergebnis ist ein kontrollierterer, schnellerer und durchgängig reproduzierbarer Boxenstopp-Ablauf – genau der kleine Vorsprung, der entspannte Reifenwechsel von unnötigen Verzögerungen in der Box unterscheidet.

Passform & Kompatibilität
Dieser Bremssattelhalter hinten wurde für die Kawasaki ZX-10R der Modelljahre 2021 bis 2026 entwickelt. Er lässt sich zudem an ZX-10R und ZX-10 RR Modellen der Jahre 2011 bis 2020 verwenden, sofern der ABS-Sensor gegen die Version ab 2021 getauscht wird – laut Hersteller passt diese bei den früheren Modellen auf Plug-&-Play-Basis.
