Fullsix fertigt Carbonbauteile im selben Autoklav-Verfahren, das auch Werksrennteams verwenden: Jede Lage trockenen Carbongewebes wird präzise ausgelegt, bevor sie unter kontrollierter Hitze und Druck ausgehärtet wird – das Ergebnis ist ein Bauteil mit einem außergewöhnlichen Verhältnis von Festigkeit zu Gewicht und einer Oberfläche, die keine weitere Nachbehandlung benötigt. Für S1000RR-Besitzer, die ein dauerhaftes aerodynamisches und optisches Upgrade suchen, das im Alltag einfach funktioniert, stellen diese Winglets ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis dar – die Montage erfolgt direkt, die Qualität ist auf den ersten Blick erkennbar, und es fällt keine Werkstattrechnung für den Einbau an.

Bei der S1000RR K67, die in Serienausführung über 200 PS leistet, überträgt sich dieses Vertrauen in die Front direkt in frühere Kurveneinfahrtsgeschwindigkeiten und konstantere Bremspunkte. Fullsix hat dieses Set so konstruiert, dass es das aerodynamische Profil der OEM-Winglets nachbildet und gleichzeitig Masse reduziert, sodass die Fahrwerksbalance des Motorrads erhalten bleibt.
Oberflächen- und Gewebeoptionen
Zwei unterschiedliche Carbon-Gewebestrukturen sind erhältlich, die jeweils eine andere optische Textur ergeben:
- 200er Leinwandgewebe – ein engeres, gleichmäßigeres Rastermuster, dieselbe Struktur, die auch bei Ducati-Serienteilen verwendet wird
- 245er Köpergewebe – der klassische diagonale Carbon-Look, der mit dem Motorsport assoziiert wird, optisch dynamischer bei wechselndem Licht
Jedes Gewebe ist in der zu Ihrem Aufbau passenden Oberfläche erhältlich. Bitte beachten Sie, dass das 200er Leinwandgewebe derzeit nur in Hochglanz erhältlich ist (Teilenummer MB-RR19-C47). Das 245er Köpergewebe ist in Hochglanz (MB-RR19-TC47), Matt (MB-RR19-TM47) und Roh (MB-RR19-TR47) erhältlich.

Diese Fullsix Carbon-Winglets wurden ausschließlich für die BMW S1000RR in der Fahrgestellausführung K67 entwickelt. Die bestätigten Passjahre sind unten aufgeführt:
