Erhältlich in zwei unterschiedlichen Gewebemustern und zwei Oberflächen, bringt er Rennfahrerlager-Ästhetik auf Straße und Strecke, ohne einen einzigen Kompromiss bei Passform oder Zulassung.

Design, Oberfläche und Erbe
Fullsix produziert seit über zwei Jahrzehnten Carbon-Verkleidungsteile in Wettkampfqualität und beliefert Rennteams, bevor es dieselben Fertigungsprozesse Straßenfahrern zugänglich macht. Jeder Kotflügel verlässt den Autoklaven als ein einziges konsolidiertes Stück — die Fasern werden nicht von Hand über eine generische Form gelegt, sondern unter kontrollierter Hitze und kontrolliertem Druck gepresst und gehärtet für einen gleichmäßigen Fasergehalt und eine Oberfläche, die keine Nachbearbeitung durch Spachteln oder Lackieren benötigt.
Das 200-Plain-Gewebe liegt nahe an der ursprünglichen Optiksprache der BMW S1000RR: ein enges, symmetrisches Raster, das sich in die Werksverkleidung einfügt, ohne einen Texturkonflikt zu erzeugen. Das 245-Twill-Gewebe zeigt den charakteristischen diagonalen Fluss, der von Grand-Prix-Maschinen bekannt ist — dynamischer im Charakter und gut geeignet für Motorräder, die bereits Nachrüst-Verkleidungen oder Tankpads in ähnlichem Muster tragen.
Beide sind unter einem Hochglanzlack erhältlich, der den natürlichen Glanz des Carbons vertieft, oder einem seidenmatten Lack, der die Oberfläche zielstrebig und dezent hält. Der Austausch des OEM-Kunststoff-Kotflügels gegen eine Fullsix-Carbon-Einheit reduziert die ungefederte Masse an der Vorderachse. In der Praxis ermöglicht dies der Federung, Fahrbahnunebenheiten getreuer zu folgen, verbessert die Konsistenz des Vorderrad-Gefühls beim Bremsen und liefert eine geringfügig schnellere Lenkreaktion — Vorteile, die sich bei höheren Geschwindigkeiten und anspruchsvollen Fahrbahnoberflächen summieren. Passgenauigkeit und Kompatibilität
Dieser Kotflügel ist speziell für die BMW S1000RR K46 entwickelt, für alle Modelljahre von 2009 bis 2018. Er ist ein direkter Ersatz für den Standard-Vorderrad-Kotflügel und erfordert keine Modifikation an der Original-Gabel, den Kotflügel-Halterungen oder der Sensorverkabelung. Käufer mit einer S1000RR ab 2019 (K67-Rahmengeneration) sollten die Passform vor der Bestellung bestätigen, da diese Generation eine überarbeitete Vorderrad-Geometrie verwendet.
